For your convenience we’ve compiled a list of answers to common questions received from our customers.
What is the minimum quantity for an order?
There are no hard and fast rules for minimums. Common sense should prevail.
For example if you wash regularly you may need:
Girls Summer uniform - 2 dresses and 3 socks
Boys Summer uniform - 2 shirts and 2 shorts and 3 socks may be sufficient.
If you're a working parent you might find it convenient to have more on hand.
What if you don’t stock a product I am looking for?
We stock all uniform items as approved by the school Principal.
How do I pay?
By using our secure online payment facility, or in person at our uniform shop (only during opening times as listed on our Contact Us page).

What are your delivery turn-a-round times for your products?
We are at the shop on a Tuesday afternoon and a Friday morning and will process your order on these days. Please allow 48 hours for packing, at busy times, such as January holidays.

At One World Uniforms our garments are sourced, manufactured and tested to the highest Australian standards. That's why we're able to offer you a consistently good quality product.
We know that school kids need a quality uniform that's made to go the distance.
We give you an undertaking that high standards will be maintained and that we'll provide you with an excellent product.
Returns Policy
As per consumer law, you do not have the right to simply change your mind.
We are happy to exchange items, like for like, IF garments are returned within 14 days from date of purchase with Tags still on and in original Packaging and in the condition they were sold in.
Goods will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging & condition free of any markings or damage.
We will not accept the return of goods if;
- Goods are damaged in the washing machine or dryer and where the care instructions have not been followed correctly.
- Goods have suffered from normal wear and tear, accident or mishandling.
- You changed your mind or ordered the wrong style or colour.
We will swap like for like in different sizes.
We do not refund, but are happy to offer you a store credit. Credit to be used within 3 months.
We reserve the right to repair all faulty products where possible.
